Interactive Delivery

Interactive Delivery is an ordering system for restaurants, snack bars and pizzerias: the customer sees the online menu with categories, bundles and promotions, builds the order in the cart and checks out from their phone.

The menu supports variations, add-ons and notes on each item and has its own handling for pizzas. The store shows whether it is open or closed, and the system can be installed on the phone as an app.

In the panel, the team follows orders in a queue, enters counter orders and controls tables, delivery neighborhoods, coupons, rotating banner, opening days, products, categories and stock. Finance brings together purchases, suppliers, accounts payable and receivable, income and expenses.

The system accepts Pix and sends WhatsApp notifications, and issues receipts, vouchers and reports on sales, profit, products and accounts. Sisu4 deploys and tailors the system to each client's routine: at deployment, the system receives the business's visual identity, records and payment methods, with screens, permissions and reports adjusted to what it actually uses.
