Church System
The Church System brings church management together in one place: members, ministries and cell groups, services and events, finances and documents. It supports one or many churches, with a church panel and an administrator panel.
On the pastoral side, it registers members and visitors and controls cell groups, ministries, services, attendance, birthdays and newsletters. It issues visitor forms, service forms, member ID cards and documents such as presentation, baptism and recommendation letters.
On the financial side, it controls tithes, donations and offerings, cash registers and closings, accounts payable and receivable, with receipts, financial reports and an annual balance. It also records the church's assets and rentals.
The church also gets WhatsApp alerts, a public events page, online member registration and an API for an app, with login, dashboard, members, tithes, offerings and movements. Sisu4 deploys and tailors the system to each client's routine: at deployment, the system receives the business's visual identity, records and payment methods, with screens, permissions and reports adjusted to what it actually uses.
